CEO SOTRAI · AI Governance, Leadership & Trust
CEO of SOTRAI. In spring 2026 she was a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Tokyo. She combines current research on AI governance with many years of experience leading public institutions, among others as former head of the Parliamentary Library at the Parliamentary Services of the Swiss Federal Assembly. There she led the organisational transformation of the library and was responsible for AI pilot projects (proof of concept) on automatic indexing and intelligent information retrieval of parliamentary materials, including ParlementAIre, a proof of concept for a secure, sovereign AI assistant for parliament. Programme director of the CAS “Executive AI Management” at the Institute for Communication & Leadership (IKF).
Her work draws on interviews and workshops with CEOs, policymakers and AI experts in Tokyo and Japan, as well as a proof of concept with Discoveries Inc. One finding is consistent: trust in AI-shaped organisations is led before it is legislated.
