HerImpact brings together women from leadership, technology, law, business, science and society. At its heart is the question of how human judgement, clear accountability and trust are preserved when AI prepares or influences decisions.
Drawing on current research findings from Japan and Switzerland as well as concrete experience from practice, we discuss what leadership and governance must deliver so that responsible AI works not only on paper but in everyday practice.
The discussion does not end with the panel. Together with the participants, we formulate five to seven «HerImpact Questions for Geneva»: questions that leaders and institutions must answer when they introduce AI-supported decision-making processes.
HerImpact is an event for women from different industries, disciplines, generations and career stages. The event is open by registration to all interested women. The number of places is limited.
